SCARECROW ALLEY

Calling all school classes, school clubs, scout troops, church groups, garden clubs, or any other organized group!

We are hosting our fifth annual Scarecrow Alley, and we need your help!

1. Design a scarecrow of your choosing with your own materials. The scarecrow will need to be able to withstand the elements through the month of October, so use discretion in choosing your materials.

2. Deliver it to the corn maze no later than September 29 for display through October 30. The scarecrow should be crafted with a pole, broomstick, or other sturdy material inside clothing so that it will stand upright against a waist-high wall with minimal assistance from cord or bungee cords (furnished by the corn maze). You may pick up your scarecrow after October 30. You must complete the entry form and deliver it with your scarecrow. Please click the link below for the entry form.

3. Our maze visitors will judge all the scarecrows for the best dressed!

4. Results will be tallied, and the winners will be announced on our website at the end of the maze season after October 30. The scarecrows with the top three number of votes will win Wal-Mart gift cards in the following amounts:

1st Prize $150
2nd Prize $100
3rd Prize $50
